Your role with us
- Manufacturing and assembly of forming and cutting tools for cold and hot forming applications
- Adjusting, setting up, and optimizing complex tools
- Commissioning and implementation of tools at our international customer sites
- Independent quality control of finished tools
- Maintenance, repair, and technical optimization of existing tools
- Collaboration with design, production, and engineering teams
- Participation in continuous improvement processes within tool manufacturing
Ideally, you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tool manufacturing or assembling
- Technical understanding and a precise way of working
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
- High level of flexibility
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness for professional development and further training
- Readiness to work shifts
- Team spirit, initiative, and reliability
- Class B driving license
- Crane and forklift license are an advantage
